We have a private vehicle washing platform, ensuring your most prized possessions look impeccable. We also have a dedicated area for gray and black water disposal, and for those with RVs, we offer on-site tank filling. We strive to provide you with services that go beyond simple parking.
REQUIREMENTS:
You'll need: ID, a copy of your current vehicle insurance, a contact phone number, and a photo of the vehicle with the license plate clearly visible. If you don't have insurance, we won't be able to assign you a space.
RULES AND CONDITIONS:
- If you wish to make a reservation, you must pay the first monthly payment prior to arrival, providing the documentation mentioned in the previous point.
- The minimum price to use our parking is equivalent to one month, regardless of whether you only need a space for a few days or the entire month.
- OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Remember that we are a parking lot, not a campsite.
- Vehicle modifications are not permitted in the assigned spaces, causing the floor to be contaminated with any type of harmful material (oil, gasoline, corrosive liquids, dust, paint, etc.) for the environment or for other tenants.
- You must give at least 7 days' notice if you wish to vacate your spot.
- In the event of a collision with any parking structure, such as cones, lampposts, or poles, an additional €25 must be paid for damage to each structure. Failure to pay for damages will result in the termination of the relationship between the customer and Tahiche Parking Lanzarote.
- It is mandatory to make proper use of the vehicle washing platform, as well as the black and gray water drainage area, leaving the hoses collected for the next user.
